As I began cleaning up the stack of papers and other assorted junk that has accumulated over the last few months as a result of my mounting health problems I came across a ticket that I had received two days prior to my emergency gallbladder removal.  FML.

In my attempt to be a nice citizen and try to make arrangements to get it taken care of I was told "$1538.00 or go to jail."  FML.

As I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown I was told "$1538.00 by Thursday or go to jail."

So here's why I'm posting this...

My normal hourly rate for website / computer stuff : $100.00
My offer : $50.00 per hour if an agreement is made and payment received prior to noon on Thursday

This is a call for help.  I could do any number of things including continuing down the path of a stress induced nervous breakdown but I'd rather to try and make this more constructive.  I need help and you need someone to build your website or any of the following:
